TEENS
WORRIED ABOUT YOUR TEEN? THERE IS HOPE.
If you find yourself struggling, as the parent of a teenager, you have come to the right place!
Most likely your teenager is trying to juggle many different things at once: school, friendships, extracurricular activities and following the rules at home. All these life responsibilities can sometimes be really overwhelming. You may begin to see changes in your teen’s attitude and behavior as the pressure builds.
My work with adolescents focuses on helping to restore healthy relationships and improving your teen’s quality of life. I am well versed in helping teenagers who are having problems in school, at home or with friends.

In more severe cases, your teen may have thoughts about not wanting to live or about hurting themselves, or they may have tried to hurt themselves.
